The angles we create at address are the most important angles of the golf swing. They determine the quality of body motion and balance through the swing.
A simple 4 stage drill will help create these angles and maintain good balance and spine angle throughout the swing
Pic 1: Stand straight upright with your arms in front of you.
STEP 2
Pic 2: Flex your knees until they cover your shoe laces.
STEP 3
Pic 3: Let your arms fall down to your chest.
STEP 4
Pic 4: Then bend from the waist to the ball.
SUMMARY
A line drawn down from the back of your right arm should touch the front of your knees and into the balls of your feet. You should feel a slight pressure on the thigh just above the knees and on the balls of your feet.
